They also allow you to do more things while using it. For example the base when you first get it, you can't sprint or it will shut off. Optical Camo is one of the best perks to get in Cyberpunk 2077. Even if you aren’t strictly playing the game as a stealthy character, turning invisible is still extremely useful.
