I used it to improve a solo reaper build of mine I tossed together on hardcore 1. It got reaper 3 fire caves first life solo. Improved version kicked epic elite's ass once I got my destinies in order. No form of completionist whatsoever, 4th life.EK for Light Armor proficiency. Vistani for Deflect Arrows. Tiefling for 8% fire crit chance and resistances. For gear, for leveling just a feywild set and sharn set are enough. Throw in some level 10-11 and 20-21 and it's even easier. Specifically, the closest I can get is 16-20 using legendary firesplitter. If I use dino handaxe, it just gives me 17-20.
