I noticed it was only an issue when the phone was in the cradle AND charging. I unplugged the charger, no issue. Phone not in the charger, no issue. MOVED the charger, no issue. Even moving the charger half an inch further away had no affect. But when it was charging, and I put the thing close to the ignition, "no key detected" every single time.This is found in the battery junction box (the plate in front of the battery where the electrical systems is distributed). It is a 2015 Escape SE ecoboost 1.6. I do have the scan tool. The IPC is reading no key detected. When I try to get into the PATS system it says access is ungranted. I tried to scan the BCM today but it is not registering the key is on. When I connect to the OBD port it is not registering the PCM I have to manually input it to get in the system.When the ignition changes to RUN or START, the BCM initiates the key interrogation sequence.
