The Glock 43X Magazine – caliber 9 x 19mm – is a composite steel and polymer fabrication. The slimline mag encases a toughened and hardened steel insert in Polymer 2. The result is the steel insert protects the magazine lips. As a consequence of the slimline design, the capacity is only 10 rounds. Glock Magazine – Polymer 2This would mean that the G43 would have 10+1 capacity at 1.06" which is basically the same width as the P365. Furthermore, the heights of the G43 and P365 are the same at 1.3". Basically, the G43 already seems to have 10+1 capacity in terms of volume. It's just that Glock's magazine design has less volume than the P365s.

Doubt it. The geometry just isn't there unless the grip is expanded upon and Glock won't change the design of their mag and lose the polymer overmold. While Shield Arms has a 15 round mag it is more or less a waste of money as it isn't anywhere near as reliable as a factory Glock mag.
