Heat not working on passenger side

Hello all, ever since winter started my 2005 Outback XT has not been spitting any heat out on the passenger side of the car. It has automatic climate control, and the damper that controls the heat mix functions properly. It has NOT been leaking or using antifreeze.2012 Jeep JKUS. 115k miles, service more than regularly. The hot air on the driver side is not blowing nearly as hot as the passenger side. One side where the air comes through is a continuous intake. The other side is divided into two. It's stuck in the "cold" position. Make sure to take the seat controls off to before moving on, they are held on by a couple of screws. Next just pull the leather off the bottom, it is held on by a plastic channel. Once that is off the heater element should be right there ontop of the seat pad. Leave the bottom off the work on the back element.1Fastwgn. Just had this same problem. If you can pull out the vents, try swapping them from the side that is working and see if that switches things around (warm air drivers side, cold air passenger side).
