Sounds like it can be good. Don't know the name, but it dropped from a red looking gladiator guarding a bunch of graves in the desecrated snowfields. I think it primarily scaled with strength, something you don't see often with statusweapons. Rotten hammer, acquired in North West consecrated snowfields.But because Scepter of The All-Knowing has innate magic affinity, and Marika's Hammer has innate Holy affinity, duel wielding these massively increases the damage you suddenly do to your opponent. I'm really loving this combo so far because affecting enemies/opponents with this skill requires less set up or proximity to pull off.
