Basically, every time the game stutters, the "Packet burst" symbol appears in the top left of the screen. These stuttering or freezes happen every game, approximately 3-4 times or a little more every few minutes. Packet burst is very bad in Mw3 and Mw2 only happens a lot in the first few mins of the game than it gets better. Would a new ssd fix this?
