New tech is an issue.-- Aside from the contractual mail count IF the USPS wants one in September of any year, there were no scheduled mail counts in the 2018-2021 contract, nor the 2021-2024 contract.-- The 4241-A ( Rural Route Evaluation ( and count data )) should be in the Route Book at the case. If not -- ask manglement for the route's last mail count paperwork.
