You probably watched people playing the Arma dayz mod .I just got back into playing after years ago playing the dayz Arma 2 mod( now playing standalone game on an Xbox) personally I enjoyed the mod a lot more than the stand alone game , keyboard and mouse is a huge game changer for a game that you are constantly crafting and inventory shuffling so keep that in mind, IMHO the mod just flowed ...IMO PUBG is a great practice grounds for Dayz and could potentially help people who stress in Dayz combat to practice and just be better in general.
