On the Keypad, wake up its screen and press the right rocker where there is a <!> icon and you'll see any active messages from the system. From the App: Settings - General settings - Entry Sensor Chime. Also of you have a Siren you can get entry sensor chimes from there as well: settings - device settings - Siren - Door chime. hello Modhal, When arming your system in Home or Away Mode, you do already get a warning when an Entry Sensor is open. But that will not prevent the system from continuing to arm - that is intentional, so you can leave windows or doors open if you want to (for example, if you want to keep a window open to let the breeze in while you sleep).I went through all the basics in suggestions with troubleshooting. Nothing got my sensor to respond. It has worked for 2+ years. The base station is about 5-6 feet away.
