FYI, I am out on an educational LOA from Walmart. Their “make premium payment” link on W1 was borked for me. The direct number to make premium payments yourself is 800-918-1601. (Automated number) you have the option of making partial payments if need be. The people at the number my PL gave me for paying on my premium were useless.I got hired back on at Walmart and started working part time about 4 months ago. I'm feeling unwell today, so I called Sedgwick phone number to call out sick and I have a few occurrences against me even though I called out in the past and apparently it's because I didn't use my ppto the next day to excuse the absence to prevent docked points.
